Papaya Salad Low Fat Raw Vegan Style

ingredients 1 whole papaya 2 lbs
4 to 5 oz of organic spring mix
5 oz of celery chopped
5 big cherry tomatoes cut up in slices
1/2 cucumber cut up in sticks
1/8 of a hess avocado
1 scallion sliced
1/4 of a large jalapeno

Dressing 1 large salad tomoato
1 large naval orange
1/4 jalapeno
1 scallion
1 tsp of curry powder
1/4 cup of dulce or nori
12 drops of stevia extract
2 tbsp of rice protein

Involved with your Health

Many people have the notion that sickness just strikes them. They are under the impression that misfortune, genetics and just plain bad luck gave them their cold, cancer, headache, well you get the idea. Unfortunately everything you place in or on your body is responsible for what ails you. Have you checked the ingredients lately to the so call foods you eat. I say so call because the majority, if not all that you are eating is foreign to your body and not food at all. So hence your body has to produce abnormal cells to deal with the junk you are placing in it. Would you place syrup in your gas tank? I hope not, so why would you put processed, cooked, preserved ridden things inside your temple? These things are not recognized by your system and create loads of toxins which then creates diseases.

Your immune system is being over worked and your liver can't take it, so then everything gets stored in the cell as toxic waste which guess what it is? Big ugly fat, yes you heard right all those folds and cellulite on your body are toxins which the liver couldn't process cause it could not keep up with. Any how I don't like to just point out a problem, I like to give you a solution. Start slow, but start, add fresh fruits and raw greens, herb, easy digestible veggies ( mushrooms, celery, tomato, cucumber, zucchini) to your diet. Some veggies are harder to digest and require a clean intestine to properly absorb, so after you have eliminated at least 80% of cook foods and all processed stuff, then you can start adding the harder to digest ones, in the meantime enjoy them steamed. Stay clear of fats that are overt, meaning mostly fat in their break down. I suggest sticking with avocado, flax seeds ground, and once a week soaked walnuts, or sunflower seeds. Too much fat will interfere with digestion, will create a lack of communication between the insulin receptors and the sugar in your blood stream which will cause diabetes.

I am seeing way to many people that are getting ill and are on some sort of medication, you are the master of your universe and you can change your health. Please consult with your doctor prior to any change of diet, ( I am suppose to say this to cover my ass doctors know nothng about nutrition) The FDA does not allow, now get this, anyone to make claims on anything natural healing you, why that have that kind of power is beyond me, oh yeah we gave it to them. I hate the games we have to play on this planet, and that so called agencies that are run by lobbyist and big pharma control what we say or do. I think it's a load of hog wash. But you be the judge of that. I personally won't touch anything synthetic or chemical filled, I am an all natural child of mother earth and enjoy the natural ways. I feel so much better without Testosterone, any processed foods, deodorant, and I don't smell, in fact for the first time in my life, I have no body odor, now that is amazing. But it's due to not eating any chemicals or processed foods, I only eat what grows from the ground or on a tree unaltered purely 100% raw.

So enough of my ramblings, just wanted to share a bit of knowledge and hope you guys start getting involved in your health, remember if you don't take care of you, who will?
